Paying by invoice

If you choose to pay by invoice, payment for your order will be due within 14 days after your items are shipped.

You only need to pay for the items that you keep. We’ll send you an email with a payment link before your payment is due. Simply use the payment link in our email and you’ll be guided through all the steps to complete your payment for the kept items. You will be able to select your kept items and your preferred payment method, for example PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

The payment link is not available for one of your invoice orders?

Our improved invoice payment experience is brand new. This means that if you have an older order with an open payment amount, the new payment link may not be available for it yet.

If this is the case for one of your invoice orders, please use the below bank details to transfer the amount for the items you’d like to keep. Please make sure to specify your order number as reference.

Have you used the wrong order number as payment reference by mistake?

In case you have not entered the correct order number as a payment reference, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process the payment. We will do our best to still allocate your payment to the correct order, or to refund the amount back to you.

If after 5 working days you haven’t received a refund or a payment confirmation, please reach out to us for further assistance.
